We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and high-performing individual to lead our sales team due to succession planning.
Your Job
- You place particular emphasis on operational business and significantly drive innovations and their market introduction
- Lead, develop, and coach your team, consisting of 10 employees in internal and external sales including PM
- Create and implement the sales budget and its key figures in both business and market-specific areas and achieve the agreed goals
- Develop, manage, and implement sales strategies and sales promotion measures
- Acquire new customers, launch new products including price calculations
- Customer visits focusing on economic development, partnership collaboration, and high-quality consulting
- Close collaboration with the managing director and the purchasing team
- Organize trade fairs and participate in trade fairs
- Cross-company project work within the Janico group

Your Specialties
- completed technical basic training and a subject-specific further education, for example as a sales manager or business economist
- several years of successful sales experience, ideally in the electrical industry, as well as proven and solid leadership experience
- ambitious, enthusiastic, and implementation-oriented sales personality with a polished and winning appearance
- ability to turn customers into partners while working independently, goal-oriented, and absolutely reliable
- confident German language skills and good Italian language skills; additional language skills in French and English are a plus
- willingness to travel within Switzerland and neighboring countries, especially Germany
