About the job
tilia offers people from the age of 18 who need care and support a home where they are well cared for. At our five locations in the Greater Bern area, care and support oriented towards reference and palliative care are central. tilia is a qualified training company with a lot of experience. Every year, more than twenty apprentices from various professions successfully complete their training with us!

This is your field of activity as a Health Specialist (FaGe)! You care for, support, and accompany the residents of the tilia nursing homes in their daily lives. In addition to the nursing part, you also take on medical-technical, administrative, and logistical tasks.
