Garden Sales Advisor (m/f/d)

Mission

Put your expertise at the service of the Garden sector, including the machinery and garden equipment departments
Advise customers professionally, contribute to the store's appeal and ensure impeccable presentation of merchandise in accordance with our internal concepts
Manage the assortment, from product ordering to shelving
Handle requests, complaints and after-sales service
Provide support to other store departments as needed

You show a keen interest in sales and a genuine passion for the plant world, placing customer satisfaction at the heart of your priorities through your sense of welcome and advice
You ideally hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a horticulturist, landscaper or a recognised sales qualification, along with several years of experience in a similar role
You are fluent in French, both spoken and written, and communicate easily with customers and your professional environment
You know how to take initiative, are organised, responsible and enjoy working in a team
You are in good physical condition, flexible, appreciate varied work and remain effective even under pressure, collaborating easily within a team
