Your tasks
- Receiving and processing customer orders as well as customer inquiries, in writing and by phone in German and French
- Coordination with production & logistics of urgent shipments
- Managing and maintaining customer data in SAP
- Co-supporting the electronic order entry system SAP CRM
- Training of field staff in matters of order processing
- Processing of goods returns and invoice corrections
- Substituting, training, and supporting apprentices in order processing Switzerland
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in order processing
- Structured work technique
- Good user knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good ERP knowledge (SAP/R3 SD, MM is an advantage) or affinity for ERP systems
- Very good German and French language skills, both spoken and written, English skills are an advantage
