In a shared apartment in Uzwil, with seven residents with physical and cognitive impairments and partial care needs, we are looking for a

COMPANION

(50 - 60 %, from January 1, 2026 or by arrangement)

You can expect a varied and exciting field of work:

• Accompanying and supporting the residents in terms of independence and maintaining their abilities
• Taking over or actively supporting the care of the residents
• Support in practical life areas, including managing the shared household and leisure activities
• Performing administrative tasks and taking over various departments

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a care specialist, health specialist or comparable training
• Professional experience in the disability sector and/or in the care sector

• Good PC user skills
• Willingness to work irregular shifts including weekends and holidays
