Presentation
Following the resignation of the current post holder, the Security, Environment and Prevention Service (uniSEP) of the University of Lausanne is offering a position for a secretary. This position is primarily responsible for the administrative management related to parking (subscriptions, authorizations, etc.).

Contract duration: permanent
Activity rate: 60%
Workplace: UNIL-Dorigny (Annex of the Mouline)
Your activities
In your activities, you will be required to:
- Welcome visitors at the secretariat and ensure the reception of phone calls for the service
- Participate in the administrative management of UNIL's parking
- Manage certain administrative files
- Participate in general administration and engage in the service's activities
Additionally, this role involves close collaboration with the current secretary, with whom the distribution of tasks will be complementary.
The position requires excellent mastery of billing processes, as well as very good interpersonal skills, both for internal and external interactions. We are looking for a person who is autonomous, rigorous, and has a good sense of collaboration.
Your profile
To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
- Commercial employee diploma
- 5 years of experience in a position with administrative management and accounting
- 3 years of experience in a secretariat with direct public reception
- Interpersonal ease, calmness, and pragmatism
- Ability to convey sensitive messages, good stress and emotion management
- Knowledge of English and/or German would be an asset
