CNC Milling Operator for Mechanical Engineering 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

If you want to work as a CNC milling operator in mechanical engineering, bring your enthusiasm for precise manufacturing techniques and innovative machines, and appreciate taking on challenging tasks independently, an exciting opportunity awaits you here.

• Independent setup and operation of CNC machining centres in milling for cubic workpieces with multi-side machining.

• Independent programming on Heidenhain controls iTNC 530 and/or TNC 640 with 5 to 9 axes.

• Use of a CAM system (Mastercam; prior knowledge is not required).

• Work in at least a 2-shift system, with willingness for 3-shift operation if needed.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic, toolmaker, or in a similar field.

• Strong quality and responsibility awareness.

• High team spirit.

• Several years of professional experience, ideally in large-piece machining.

• Very good programming skills with Heidenhain iTNC530/TNC640.
