• Taking over all infrastructural tasks in facility management
• General caretaker duties (e.g. changing light bulbs, garden and surrounding area work, winter service)
• Carrying out unplanned repairs on building services systems
• Monitoring and regular maintenance of building and building services technology
• Coordinating planned maintenance with internal and external contacts
• Accompanying and supervising third-party companies and craftsmen in the building
• Planning and implementing minor conversions and adjustments
• Participating in on-call duty and supporting in emergencies

• Completed training as a facility maintenance specialist, plumber, or comparable craft training
• Professional experience in facility management or building services technology is an advantage
• Technical understanding of building and building services technology (sanitary, heating, electrical)
• Willingness to perform on-call duty and occasional work outside regular hours
• Independent, reliable, and flexible working style
• Driving licence category B
