Your contribution in our team
You work in an interdisciplinary team, lead projects, and advise public and private clients on the energy transition in mobility and power grids. With our models and methods, we are among the market leaders in Switzerland. We develop electromobility concepts for municipalities and know how mobility can be decarbonized and show the expansion needs of power distribution networks. For companies, we have web-based solutions and foundations for their business models and for net-zero mobility. You actively contribute to market development and further strengthening of our market position in the medium and long term. You appreciate working in small teams, direct contact with customers, and bring your expertise into interdisciplinary projects. Start date immediate or by arrangement.
Your skills
- Master's degree (ETH, University) in engineering or environmental sciences
- Knowledge in specific topics such as power systems and electrical engineering, energy policy, drive technology, or energy storage desired
- Proficient in handling datasets and quantitative analyses (good knowledge of R or Python desired)
- Initial experience in power grid modeling is an advantage
- Experience in developing and training AI models is a plus
- Entrepreneurial thinking and flair for project management
- Enjoy active customer contact and project acquisition
- Team-oriented and creative personality with strong initiative
- Very good oral and written communication skills in German
