The tilia Foundation for Long-Term Care is the leading provider of complex long-term care in the Bern region. At five locations, we support people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support. Our services include inpatient long-term residential areas, specialized departments for people with dementia and respiratory diseases, as well as neurological and bariatric long-term care, complemented by outpatient services. We work according to the standards of relationship- and palliative-care-oriented nursing.

Education Officer 70-80%
- Co-responsibility for ensuring the quality of training
- Recruiting and supporting apprentices/students in their learning process
- Planning practical assignments for apprentices and students
- Supporting trainers and organizing vocational training events
- Developing and implementing measures for personnel development and promotion of young talent
- Teaching in LTT (Learning / Training / Transfer) practice, nursing HF
- Passion for education and promotion of young talent
- Diploma in nursing FH/HF, preferably with experience in long-term care
- Diploma in adult education (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain it
- Experience in training apprentices and FH/HF students in nursing
- Team-oriented, responsible, and innovative personality with a strong quality mindset
- Versatile and exciting role in a well-coordinated and motivated team
