Our mission: We secure your flight! As Supervisor Disassembly Line you are responsible for leading and further developing an efficient team of 10 to 15 employees. As a manager, you are the contact person for safety, quality, delivery and costs as well as for communication and coordination with the various departments
Your Tasks
- Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with all applicable safety, health, environmental, airworthiness, SRT and regulatory requirements
- Planning, assigning and monitoring work orders and resources according to workload, ensuring efficient and high-quality work execution
- Organising and coordinating the necessary equipment, tools and work documents to support smooth operational processes
- Active management of personnel resources and qualifications as well as promotion of training and development measures to ensure order processing and employee development
- Applying continuous improvement and lean methods to achieve departmental goals as well as continuous review and optimisation of the responsible processes
- Promoting a performance-oriented team culture through regular target reviews, active performance management and employee motivation
- Willingness to collaborate across departments and support other departments of SR Technics.
Your Profile
- Completed technical vocational training
- 3 years of professional experience in the MRO industry with comprehensive knowledge of operational activities
- Leadership experience
- Good English (level B1) and German skills (level C1 or higher)
- User knowledge and experience in implementing lean methodology
- Further training in the administrative field is an advantage
