Certified Nurse 80-100% with the function of Deputy Department Head 

Your tasks:

• Participation in the continuous improvement of care quality 
• Ensuring smooth operational processes and care processes in everyday life 
• Participation in diagnostic, preventive, and therapeutic measures
• Collaboration in managing nursing documentation (Electronic Nursing Documentation) and recording nursing services
• Collaboration in the care and support of people in need of care
• Ensuring constructive cooperation with all our professional fields
• Creating duty and vacation schedules
• Representing the department head during absences
• Conducting location and development discussions in coordination with the department head 

Your profile:

• Completed training in nursing & care at tertiary level (HF)
• High social and professional competence
• Initial professional and leadership experience in long-term care
• Leadership training is an advantage
• Trainer/educator
• Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience
• Good oral and written German skills
• Pedagogical flair
• Good IT skills, experience with BESA / EasyDok is an advantage
• Responsible, initiative-taking, and resilient personality
