About the job
Are you looking for a medical environment where collaboration is truly lived - with open professional exchange, mutual support, and space for your personal development?
In this modern practice, you not only contribute your expertise but also actively shape structures, focal points, and joint development.
This modern, interdisciplinary practice combines a strong core gynaecological team with complementary specialties. In daily work, you collaborate closely with several experienced gynaecologists - collegial exchange, mutual consultations, and joint case discussions are standard here and make the workday professionally particularly exciting.
Besides classical gynaecology and obstetrics, a focus lies on complex conditions such as endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain. Additionally, other specialties such as pain medicine, psychology, and complementary medical approaches are available and integrated into treatment as needed.
The practice pursues a holistic approach where conventional medicine and complementary methods work together on an equal footing. At the same time, great value is placed on a humane interaction - characterised by openness, empathy, mutual respect, and also a touch of humour in everyday life. Knowledge is actively shared, colleagues are supported, and new ideas are expressly welcome.
Your tasks:
- Independent conduct of gynaecological consultations including pregnancy care
- Co-management of patients with complex complaints (e.g. endometriosis)
- Development and further advancement of your own specialised consultations (e.g. endometriosis)
- Active participation in interdisciplinary case discussions
- Co-design and further development of the practice
Your competencies:
- Specialist title in Gynaecology & Obstetrics
- Mandatory: At least 3 years of experience at a recognised training institution in Switzerland
- Enjoyment of exchange within a gynaecological team and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Empathetic, team-oriented personality with high quality standards
- Certification in pregnancy ultrasound (SGUM) advantageous but not a requirement
Your benefits:
- Very collegial, strong gynaecological team with active professional exchange
- Modern, stylish, and very well-equipped practice
- Structured processes with deliberately planned administration time
- Opportunity to develop your own focal points and grow professionally
- Interdisciplinary environment with additional expertise from other specialties
- Attractive remuneration model (fixed salary + participation)
- 6 weeks holiday and targeted support for further training
