To complete its team, the care management is looking for replacement nurses for its replacement team
Replacement Nurses
40-100% on fixed-term contract
Your mission:
- ensure all types of replacements according to needs and assigned tasks
- provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the current care philosophy and with a view to continuous improvement
- collaborate with members of the multidisciplinary team
- adapt quickly to different care services
Your profile:
- diploma as a general care nurse, ES or HES level, or equivalent training
- mastery of technical skills with multiple professional competencies
- proficiency in French or German with good knowledge of the other language
- very good adaptability
- very good flexibility and availability
- interpersonal skills and sense of communication
- very good knowledge of the HFR network and sites
- good knowledge of common IT tools
- willingness to attend necessary training for job adaptation
- must have a vehicle to work on the 4 sites
