Your Tasks
- Technical, personnel, and administrative management of construction sites in the field of track construction / civil engineering
- Planning, implementation, and completion of assigned construction sites including AVOR, calculation, measurement, billing, and post-calculation
- Customer support and acquisition
- Preparation of offers
Our Expectations
- You have a solid training as a construction foreman with proven experience in track construction / civil engineering or an equivalent performance record is required and you have several years of leadership experience
- You have good IT user skills (MS Office, Abacus AbaBau)
- German as a native language
- You possess negotiation skills as well as assertiveness and are an empathetic team player who authentically represents business interests and company culture
- You hold a category B driving license
- You keep a cool head in stressful times, are reliable, and communicate appropriately to the audience
