Your main tasks:

- Scanning mail receipts and filing in the IT system (after mail receipt)
- Willingness to help out in case of short-term absences such as illness
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training (students are also welcome)
- Experience in a support function is an advantage
- Good IT skills
- Proficient German skills in communication and correspondence
