As part of Précieuses Manufactures, the acquisition subsidiary of the Watches-Jewelry division of the Chanel house, you will assist the M&A manager in his missions.
Your responsibilities will include:
1.Analysis and monitoring of the performance of the entities
- Consolidate and analyze the financial results of the entities.
- Set up dashboards to monitor performance indicators (revenue, margin, EBITDA, etc.).
- Participate in the analysis of variances between forecasts and actual results.
2.Participation in the budgeting processes
- Participate in the budget construction and its revisions
- Consolidate the budget data (and revisions) provided by the companies and analyze their consistency.
- Preparation of presentation materials for management
4. Cash management
- Ensure proper bank integration and follow-up of associated tasks
- Participate in the establishment, monitoring, and analysis of cash flow.
- Consolidate the cash flow forecasts of the companies
5. Strategic support
- Participate in cross-functional projects, such as the implementation of new procedures and management tools (ERP).
- Provide ad hoc analyses at the request of management
Administrative and organizational management
- Prepare communication materials for the different entities (Financial calendar, etc)
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and established reporting standards.
- Manage the agenda and organize meetings (preparation of materials, note-taking, minutes).
Desired profile
- Education:
- Master's student in finance, management, audit, or equivalent.
- End-of-study internship.
- Technical skills:
- Good mastery of Excel and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial consolidation.
- Personal qualities:
- Sense of organization and rigor.
- Analytical mind.
- Interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders (subsidiaries, shareholders, management).
- Proactivity and autonomy.
Job conditions:
An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
- The internship must be planned in your study program.
- The internship must be necessary for obtaining the diploma.
- The internship must be validated by the allocation of study credits.
Job information:
- Contract: full-time internship (100%) and in-person
- Start: January 2, 2026
- Duration: 6 months
- Working days: 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday
- Location: Geneva
- Fluent English and French
