Field of activity: Naval
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the availability of components and raw materials necessary for production. You manage supplies with a portfolio of suppliers to guarantee compliance with deadlines, costs and quality, while contributing to the performance of the Supply Chain.
Your mission:
Analyse needs from the ERP (MRP) and generate supply orders.
Place, track and follow up orders with suppliers.
Ensure delivery deadlines are met and anticipate risks of shortages.
Coordinate actions with purchasing, planning, production, quality and logistics.
Update delivery data in the ERP and ensure its reliability.
Manage order acknowledgements and any discrepancies.
Participate in handling logistical non-conformities with suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance indicators (OTD, delays, shortages, etc.).
Identify and implement continuous improvement actions to optimise lead times, stock levels and logistics costs.
Participate in follow-up meetings with suppliers and internal teams.
What you bring:
Qualification at CFC, BTS, DUT, Bachelor level or equivalent in logistics, Supply Chain, purchasing or industrial management.
Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in a supply function in an industrial environment.
Proficiency in an ERP (SAP, ProConcept, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle or equivalent).
Good command of Microsoft Excel.
Good understanding of industrial flows and production planning.
Fluent French and good professional English (written and spoken).

Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes, sheet metal work, boilermaking or assembly.
