Our client is a renowned, fast-growing Swiss IT service provider that supports prominent customers in the digitalisation and modernisation of their IT landscapes. To complement the engineering team, we are looking for a committed, implementation-driven individual as a Senior Microsoft 365 & Cloud Systems Engineer.

- Engineering & Architecture: Design, migration, and further development of Microsoft 365 environments, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and hybrid Azure infrastructures.
- Modern Workplace & Identity: Administration and further development of Microsoft Intune (endpoint management, Autopilot) as well as Entra ID (identity & access management, conditional access).
- Automation & Security: Optimisation of operational processes using PowerShell scripting as well as implementation of fundamental cloud security standards and backup strategies.
- High-Level Support & Troubleshooting: Problem-solving for complex incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as advising customers on technical adjustments.
- Project Responsibility: Active participation and sub-project management in migration and system optimisation projects from analysis to go-live.
- Solid Education: Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ (system technology / platform development) or higher qualification (HF/FH).
- Practical Experience: Several years of proven expertise in system engineering with a focus on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, preferably in the environment of an IT service provider (MSP/consulting).
- Technical Stack: Deep hands-on knowledge in M365 services, Intune, Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, Windows Server, PowerShell as well as basic networking knowledge.
- Certifications: Current Microsoft certificates (e.g. Enterprise Administrator Expert, Endpoint Administrator) underline your profile.
- Communication & Team Spirit: Independent working style, customer-oriented manner as well as business fluent German and good English skills.
- Targeted Support: Active support for further training and vendor certifications (Microsoft).

In this demanding role, you will be primarily responsible for the design, implementation, and smooth operation of modern Microsoft 365 and cloud environments.
