The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being extensively modernized through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.
For our specialized palliative care department with around ten residents, we are looking for a competent, reliable, and committed individual for the RPB location in Wettingen (from autumn 2026 in Baden) immediately or by arrangement as
Health and Social Assistance EBA or SRK Nursing Assistant (m/f/d) Night Shift
Workload 40 - 100%, Palliative Department
mainly night shifts and some day shifts (early and late shifts)
With this, you support us:
- You ensure at night (9:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.) that our residents feel safe, well accompanied, and taken seriously – professionally competent and personally present
- You take on individual care, observation, and support with a watchful eye and steady hand – even when others are sleeping
- You assist the nursing staff during day shifts as needed
- You work within your competencies, naturally comply with our hygiene guidelines, and handle responsibility carefully
- You clearly and reliably pass on relevant observations and information to the nursing staff
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training as Health and Social Assistance (EBA) or SRK Nursing Assistant or an equivalent recognized qualification
- You are familiar with night work – and know what it demands and what makes it special
- You bring experience in long-term care and in supporting palliative patients
- You treat residents respectfully, patiently, and at eye level
- You are confident in using digital tools (MS Office, Pflegedoc)
