Your tasks in detail
- Management of a residential property portfolio with a low proportion of commercial properties
- Professional leadership of assistants
- Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
- Ensuring the process from tenant termination to re-letting of the properties
- Coordinating and implementing leasing activities
- Checking the properties for their structural condition and organizing maintenance work
- Creating owner reports as well as control and condition reports
Your profile
- A commercial degree with a certificate in property management is essential
- You have worked in management for at least 3 years
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
- You are courageous, flexible, and set necessary priorities
- As a property professional, you enjoy facing new challenges
