Mechanical Workshop Manager (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

• Team supervision and collaboration with numerous stakeholders
• Ordering spare parts
• Maintenance and repair of construction machinery (excavators, dumpers, drills, pavers, rollers, etc.)

You bring

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a construction machinery mechanic, heavy vehicle mechanic, or agricultural machinery mechanic and have at least 5 years of successful experience
• A firm leader capable of managing a team of 6 mechanics in an enthusiastic and pleasant environment
• Proficiency in computer tools (Excel) would be a serious asset to your application
• Your solution-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills, and technical expertise make you a valued and committed manager
• You have a genuine interest in the construction sector
• Autonomous, with good interpersonal skills and stress-resistant, you are looking for a full-time position in a constantly evolving department
