Your area of responsibility
For our production plant in Aadorf, we are looking for a technically trained doer who likes to work independently to keep our machinery running efficiently and to further develop it.
- Troubleshooting the mechanics of our versatile production equipment, partly in shift work, including documentation
- Carrying out maintenance work
- Mechanical support during commissioning of new equipment
- Co-management of raw material and machine spare parts inventory
- Participation in the continuous improvement of processes and work equipment

What you bring
- Completed technical basic training (polymechanic or equivalent)
- Experience in industrial maintenance of production equipment
- PC user skills (maintenance programs, MS Office, etc.)
- Responsible, reliable personality with entrepreneurial, networked thinking and acting
- Open, appropriate communication skills in German
- Flexible team player
- Willingness to work partial shifts (mainly 2-shift operation)
