In this key role, you take responsibility for sales in Switzerland. You lead your team, further develop the market and are actively involved in sales yourself with clear closing responsibility.

Your mission

• You lead and develop our sales team (2 employees) with a clear performance focus
• You are responsible for turnover, growth and market development in Switzerland
• You actively expand your own customer portfolio and bring deals to a close
• You win projects in the premium segment
• You convince both private and B2B customers equally
• You further develop our sales and set targeted impulses

What distinguishes you

• You have proven success in sales and bring strong closing skills
• You take responsibility and lead by example as a leadership figure
• You think in solutions and act entrepreneurially
• You work in a structured, independent and goal-oriented manner
• You enjoy customer contact, competition and clear results
• Experience in construction, outdoor or project business is a plus
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
