For the Vocational Training Automation group, we are looking for a
Your tasks
Responsible apprenticeship trainer for the profession of Automation Technician EFZ:
- Planning, budgeting, and coordination of the training as well as professional and personal leadership, promotion, and support of the apprentices
- Conducting internal inter-company courses for automation apprentices in the PSI internal training workshop
- Organisation and implementation of basic training for the topics of pneumatics, electropneumatics, and PLC for technical apprenticeships
- Design and planning of the automation technician training as well as conducting training in the automation department according to the training regulations, also for other PSI apprenticeships
- Organisation and supervision of rotation placements in cooperation with the respective specialist or rotation supervisors
- Participation in the relevant vocational training committees
Your profile
- Qualification in higher vocational education (HF) or university of applied sciences with at least two years of professional experience in the teaching field
- Vocational pedagogical qualification (e.g. SVEB certificate) or willingness to obtain it
- Completed apprenticeship trainer course
- Open and communicative personality as well as enjoyment in working with apprentices
- Very good knowledge of German
