In the individual business of non-life insurance, liability claims arising from personal injuries with significant financial impact are handled. Training and project work as well as handling claims with an international reference are also part of the exciting and varied responsibilities of this managerial position. In the Customer Operations area, we shape the individual experiences of our customers in the event of damage and claims. They are at the centre of our attention and together with them we find the right solution. This way, we ensure the highest customer satisfaction with our customer-first mentality. What to expect You will handle complex claims in all liability sectors – motor vehicles, medicine, hospital. Your focus: personal injuries You develop and optimise AI-based applications to improve processes in claims handling You clarify liability issues of various kinds – thoroughly and solution-oriented You conduct negotiations with injured parties, their lawyers and involved insurers You instruct external lawyers in litigation cases and support them professionally You participate in projects and conduct internal training sessions What you bring AI interests you – you want to use and further develop AI tools in claims handling You have a solid insurance education, for example a professional certificate, the HF diploma or a law degree with experience in liability and social insurance You enjoy challenging personal injury cases – the more complex, the better You like working with customers and take an active approach Your negotiation skills, clear, convincing and solution-oriented communication and assertiveness are your strengths You bring common sense and empathy – they help you find the right solutions Fluent German is a given for you; additional languages are a plus What we offer We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
