We are looking for a dedicated individual who will familiarize themselves with the process of guidelines and instruction management and competently support our department with their structured and solution-oriented working style. In this position , you will accompany the transfer of the guidelines and instruction management to a new technical platform and take on further exciting tasks.
Your Tasks – Shape More
- Specification of requirements within the framework of run and change processes
- Conducting tests to ensure the functionality and quality of the new platform
- Participation in planning meetings and close collaboration with the instruction management department
- Maintenance and updating of the newly introduced role model in ongoing operations (Run)
- Taking on first-line tasks for technical questions from responsible instruction entities
Your Profile – Bring More
- You have experience in creating requirements for IT systems and are confident in dealing with technical specifications
- You preferably have a commercial qualification with solid know-how in the financial industry
- Training users is one of your strengths, as is supporting migration topics
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in project collaboration and can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
- You have practical experience in implementing and optimizing administrative processes
- Your working style is characterized by reliability, independence, and a pronounced service orientation. At the same time, you are communicative and enjoy working in a team
- Very good German and English skills round off your profile; additional language skills are an advantage
