Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Process Optimisation

Activities

Independently program and set up CNC lathes, especially models such as Star SV32/SR38, Goodway SW32, Hanwha XD16II and Nakamura Tome WY150
Monitor production processes and ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly
Conduct quality checks of the manufactured workpieces independently, including first-piece inspection according to the four-eyes principle
Properly set up and operate post-processing machines
Perform regular maintenance work on machines to ensure operation

Requirements

Solid knowledge in programming and setting up CNC lathes of various makes
Experience in carrying out quality inspections according to the four-eyes principle
Responsibility in material procurement for efficient manufacturing processes
Competence in analysing and continuously optimising production processes
Willingness to support the training of apprentices and production planning
