• You reliably carry out sample checks before contract issuance for credit transactions that have been approved independently by the financial coaches via our newly introduced credit application in summer 2026
• You assign tasks to the financial coaches as needed and help to further improve quality in the credit business
• You ensure consistent compliance with our credit policy and actively contribute your sound expertise to its application and further development
• You assess and monitor resubmission transactions from the private customer segment, recognise the need for action early, and develop viable solutions together with those involved

• You have strong analytical skills as well as in-depth knowledge of a bank's credit business
• You have a solid basic banking education and bring several years of professional experience in private customer advisory or credit processing at a bank
• You convince with an independent, responsible, and team-oriented working style as well as a winning appearance
• You communicate appropriately with different stakeholders and have confident German language skills in spoken and written form. Good French skills are an advantage
