• Responsibility for creating all desserts, cakes, batters, and doughs
• Team leadership & responsibility for your station as well as for your team's workflows
• Planning, preparation, and conception of our regular dessert buffets
• Quality control of the products to be processed
• Careful and correct handling of the provided work equipment and products
• Monitoring and compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations
• Ensuring smooth kitchen and service operations

• A completed training as a baker-pastry chef-confectioner or culinary training in the hotel or gastronomy sector
• Solid expertise and a pronounced quality awareness
• High level of responsibility, organizational talent, and loyalty
• Committed and independent working style
• Fluent German communication skills are a must
• Creativity should not be a foreign word - WE are open to new ideas
