• Professional and warm welcome of our spa and hotel guests
• Accompanying guests throughout their entire spa stay
• Active advice and ideally performing treatments, applications and spa offers
• Sale of treatments, products and packages
• Appointment planning and coordination (treatments, staff, rooms)
• Cash management, invoicing and daily closings
• Maintenance of guest data and booking systems
• Ensuring cleanliness, order and a perfect overall appearance
• Supporting the team with general spa operations

• Completed training or further education in cosmetics or massage
• Experience in performing treatments and at reception, ideally in the spa or hotel sector
• Good German and English skills, spoken and written (level B2)
• Willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays
