- Development and implementation of effective employer branding campaigns based on the EVP
- Responsibility for social media content on LinkedIn, Kununu, and other channels from an employer branding perspective
- Conducting target group analyses and surveys to optimize the candidate experience

This is how you help us move forward
- You have a commercial qualification (EFZ / commercial diploma) with further training in employer branding as an advantage
- You have practical experience in employer branding and recruiting
- You are proficient in basic image and video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
- You are very creative and like to contribute your ideas in everyday work
- Your English skills are at least at a B2 level
