Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with International Responsibility
Tasks
- Independent planning and execution of preliminary and final inspections during customer assignments at home and abroad
- Creation and optimisation of NC programmes for CNC machines
- Design, implementation and testing of process workflows
- Conducting grinding trials and accompanying machine demonstrations
- Organisation and delivery of training sessions on machine operation and CNC programming
Requirements
- Completed basic mechanical training with practical experience on CNC machine tools
- Sound knowledge in machining technology, preferably with grinding experience
- Experienced handling of Siemens control systems
- Strong technical understanding combined with analytical thinking skills and high motivation to learn
- Fluent German and English skills as well as willingness to travel internationally about 20 percent of the time
