About the job
As a Bar & Lounge Supervisor, you ensure optimal guest care and a smooth service process in daily operations, which also includes:
- Supporting the restaurant manager in daily business as well as active participation in service
- Responsibility for operational processes during the shift in the bar, lounge, and hall
- Contact person for guests and employees during ongoing operations
- Ensuring high guest satisfaction through professional care and confident handling of complaints
- Monitoring the service and checking the mise en place work of the service team
- Training new employees and ensuring defined standards
You have training in the service sector and bring experience in upscale hospitality. Additionally, you bring:
- Completed apprenticeship as a restaurant specialist, further training is an advantage
- Several years of experience in service in upscale hospitality or gastronomy
- Confident use of MS Office and experience with POS systems such as Micros
- Structured and independent working style as well as high commitment in daily operations
- Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
