The Social Counselling and Benefits Section of the Social Services Department is looking for a
Your tasks:
In collaboration with the administration, you clarify the entitlement to social assistance, assess it and grant social assistance benefits in accordance with SKOS and the Social Assistance Act.
You work interdisciplinarily with numerous institutions in the social and health sectors.
Together with the social assistance recipients, you ensure that subsidiary benefits are clarified and claimed if necessary.
In cooperation with your clients, you develop perspectives and action plans for sustainable support in social, health and professional areas.
You actively participate in social counselling exchange forums.
You contribute your own ideas and inputs for and with social counselling to ensure high professionalism and expertise.
What you bring:
Degree in Social Work (HF / FH)
Professional experience in the field of material and personal assistance as well as in the refugee sector
Proven counselling competence
Good knowledge of social insurance
Good IT skills
Knowledge of the case management system KLIBnet
Administrative skills
