The Spitex Region Kreuzlingen is a dynamic non-profit organization. With around 125 employees at three locations, we care for and support people in 11 communities around the beautiful Kreuzlingen. 

To strengthen our teams, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated personality who values responsibility and approaches our clients with heart.

Health Specialist FaGe EFZ (50% - 100%)

This is your field of activity

• Holistic care: You take over basic and treatment care for people of all ages in their homes.
• Proactive action: You recognize changes early, initiate appropriate measures, and act process-oriented.
• Primary care & counseling: You are an important support for clients and their relatives.
• Collaboration: You work interdisciplinarily with doctors and specialist agencies and implement the care process professionally.
• Flexibility: You participate in all shifts (including evenings) according to a reliable deployment plan.

What you bring with you

• Qualification: Completed training as FaGe EFZ (or equivalent).
• Experience: Ideally, you already have Spitex experience.
• Personality: You work independently, are resilient, and have an open, reflective manner.
• IT skills: Handling digital work tools (tablet/smartphone) is part of your daily routine.
• Mobility: You have a category B driving license (own car advantageous).
• Place of residence: Ideally, you live directly in our deployment area.
