Your area of responsibility
- Operational management of small to medium construction projects (independently or in small teams) until successful completion – on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Planning of project steps according to the SIA phases and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards
- Coordination of internal and external participants, execution of design-related construction management, and taking over project administration
- Identification of customer needs, development of innovative solutions, and professional representation of the company externally
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in landscape architecture or equivalent education and at least 3 years of professional experience (at least 2 years in Switzerland)
- Solid technical expertise (construction technology, material science, plant knowledge), very good CAD skills (VectorWorks), and knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
- Sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
- Very good German skills as well as English or French as a foreign language
