Our clinic specializes in inpatient care for stress-related disorders (depression, burnout, anxiety disorders, non-organic insomnia) and has a high level of expertise in this area.
Your tasks
- As a senior physician (m/f/d), you are responsible for the specialist therapeutic management in close cooperation with the senior psychologists (m/f/d) and the nursing ward management.
- You understand the leadership role in such a way that discussions are conducted and moderated along the respective professional competence. In doing so, you strive to ensure that knowledge increases through these discussions and that the best possible approach emerges as a jointly supported path.
- As a specialist physician (m/f/d) or advanced in training, you enjoy conveying specialist content to our colleagues (m/f/d) in training to become specialist physicians (m/f/d) in psychiatry and psychotherapy. You take pleasure in promoting and supporting the decision-making competence of your employees.
- You are given sufficient time for further training.
- At the same time, you have the opportunity to participate in further training yourself, including active contributions up to lectures at accredited training events for medically and psychotherapeutically active colleagues (m/f/d).
- Through professional discussion, but also through engagement with business ethics topics across all hierarchical levels, you gain new insights.

Your profile

- You have very good oral and written German skills (at least level C2 or equivalent) and appreciate open and respectful communication.
- You possess a recognized medical diploma and, if applicable, a recognized specialist training title, as well as confirmation from the Medical Professions Commission (MEBEKO).
