In the shared flats Feld in Flawil, sixteen people with cognitive and physical impairments live in two apartments. They are accompanied and supported by a team of fourteen professionals. We are looking for a

Caregiver 70 - 80 %, starting immediately or by arrangement

You can expect a varied and exciting field of work:

• Accompanying and supporting the residents in terms of independence and maintaining their abilities
• Taking over or actively supporting the care of the residents
• Support in practical life areas, including managing the shared household and leisure activities
• Carrying out administrative tasks and taking on various responsibilities
• Assuming shift responsibility and key worker duties
• Taking on night on-call duty

• Completed training as a care professional, health professional, or comparable qualification
• Independence, sense of responsibility, high resilience and reliability
• Good empathy, patience, flexibility and humour
• Good PC user skills
• Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and passive night on-call duty
