Operations ensure secure and efficient processing of banking transactions and investment funds at Pictet. Our teams ensure that all activities comply with regulations and manage risks. By developing and maintaining a modern and robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable and high-quality services for wealth management, asset management, and real estate.
We are looking for a Corporate Actions specialist for investment funds to join our team within the Clients & Asset Services department. You will be responsible for billing and notifying events related to investments in traditional and alternative funds.
Your mission will be to provide quality services for all stakeholders while ensuring client satisfaction. You will also contribute to the continuous optimization of our services.
Your role
- Ensure the execution and monitoring of fund operations (dividends, mergers, series consolidation, retrocession reinvestment, capital increase, performance fee operations, and other events), in compliance with internal and external procedures, guidelines, and agreements.
- Notify investors of changes impacting their funds (information events and choice events).
- Process instructions related to choice events and instruct the respective fund administrators.
- Handle complex internal requests from the Front Office.
- Identify and manage risks related to private asset operations.
Your profile
- Strong experience in banking operations (3 to 5 years), and ease with numerical data.
- Experience in investment fund operations and/or private equity.
- Team spirit, sense of collaboration and customer service.
- Versatility and ability to manage multiple tasks with rigor and organization.
- Proactivity, curiosity, and interest in innovation and continuous improvement.
- Curiosity about IT tools and ability to propose improvements.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Knowledge of the Avaloq tool is an asset.
- Residence in Switzerland required.
