Here we treat our patients across the entire spectrum of internal medicine, including neurological, angiological, and rheumatological procedures. Our team consists of over 30 medical specialists representing most internal subspecialties. In the fields of gastrointestinal, vascular, and tumor diseases, we work distinctly interdisciplinary.
We are particularly committed to medical training. As a teaching hospital of the University of Zurich, we educate students from various year groups and prepare assistant and senior physicians for their future roles in practices or hospitals.
Here you will engage
- in patient care before, during, and after examinations (including recovery room)
- in assisting with endoscopic procedures (gastroscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, endosonography, stent placements, functional diagnostics, etc.)
- in delegated propofol sedation during endoscopic procedures
- in preparing transabdominal sonographies
- in assisting with liver punctures
- in blood draws and preparations for our outpatient clinic patients
- in material management
- in performance assessments
- in various orders
You
- have completed vocational training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or Medical Practice Assistant
- have experience in the field of gastroenterology or endoscopy, which is an advantage
- enjoy medical technology
- like to work independently and maintain good interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, as well as the willingness to actively contribute
- enjoy a role that involves patient contact but also consists of a high proportion of surgical tasks
- are a warm and motivated personality and enjoy working in a lively environment
