To specifically develop the German-speaking part of Switzerland within our Sales & Marketing division, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial-minded individual as Sales Effectiveness Manager.
In this strategically important role, you are part of the management team of the German-speaking region and report directly to the market manager. You make a significant contribution to the continuous development of our sales organization in the region and actively shape processes, standards, and ways of working to sustainably ensure our high service quality.
Your tasks:
- Training all relevant contacts in the use of the implemented tools
- Representing the sales organization of the German-speaking region in cross-departmental projects
- Ensuring efficient and constructive coordination between sales and agency managers
- Harmonizing ways of working with the Romandie and Ticino regions
- Co-designing and further developing reporting and processes to support smooth sales operations
Your profile:
- Higher education in insurance, finance, and/or marketing or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or the insurance environment
- Very good knowledge in the use of IT tools
- Native German speaker with very good French skills
- Willingness to travel throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland
You are characterized by strong social skills and communication strength and enjoy working in a management environment as well as in interdisciplinary networks. You analyze situations with foresight and accuracy and act independently with a high degree of initiative. With your clear result and customer orientation, you are regarded as a valued contact person who successfully advances projects through well-founded and pragmatic recommendations and creates sustainable impact.
