- Degree as a Nursing Specialist HF
- Experience and knowledge in palliative geriatrics is an advantage
- Interest and understanding of the needs of needy elderly people
- Nursing and social competence and joy in your area of responsibility
- Personal responsibility, commitment, reliability, and resilience
- In-depth knowledge in care planning and classification according to BESA
- IT user skills, good knowledge of German
- You support and take over the individual care and support of the residents
- You participate in professional responsibility and quality assurance
- You participate in the daily activities of the residents
- You take over the daily responsibility in care and support
- Documentation of care according to BESA specifications
- Varied and interesting activities in a competent team
- Independent tasks in your area of competence and room for ideas
