Your Tasks
- In your role, you support the lead physician during consultations, participate in diagnostic and therapeutic measures, and independently and responsibly carry out delegated tasks.
- You ensure comprehensive care and support for patients with high and efficient professional competence and are responsible for all administration and appointment scheduling.
- Additionally, you maintain close and cooperative collaboration and factual communication within the nursing, medical, and interdisciplinary teams.
Your Profile
- For our fertility consultation, you bring at least 2 years of professional experience in patient contact and consultation management.
- Returnees are welcome.
- You have training as a medical practice assistant and good MS Office skills.
- Organisational skills and a quick grasp are among your strengths.
- Good oral and written English skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Furthermore, you are resilient, loyal, and flexible. Your working style is reliable, efficient, and independent.
- You are a team player and actively contribute to a pleasant and positive working atmosphere.
- Respect for the individual and cultural needs of patients is a matter of course for you.
