What you will achieve with us
- Caring for and supporting clients at home (basic and treatment care)
- Observing, documenting and reporting changes in client situations
- Supporting and accompanying relatives
- Contributing to quality improvement
- Collaborating with the case-managing staff
- Accompanying trainees (AGS, FaGe) upon request and by arrangement

- Basic training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or equivalent
- Enjoyment in working with people
- Independent assessment of nursing situations
- Appreciative and empathetic communication
- Willingness to be mobile by bicycle
