Then become part of our global team as Clinical Product Manager for Transcatheter Mitral Valve Therapy (m/f/d).
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You are responsible for global product and solution management in the imaging sector for mitral valve therapy and accompany the entire clinical treatment pathway – from diagnosis to aftercare.
- You analyse clinical trends, user needs, and competitive dynamics to identify strategic business and innovation potentials and translate them into concrete imaging solutions.
- You develop and implement a product and innovation strategy aimed at improving the efficiency, quality, and clinical outcomes of mitral valve procedures through advanced imaging solutions.
- You act as the clinical contact person for mitral valve procedures and drive strategic collaborations with clinical and industrial partners to jointly develop and validate new imaging solutions.
- You work in interdisciplinary teams and closely with internal business units to optimise image-guided clinical workflows along the entire treatment pathway by expanding the portfolio with new and improved solution elements.
- You are responsible for the clinical validation and workflow optimisation of new imaging solutions in close cooperation with internal and external partners.
- You develop customer-oriented marketing strategies, value propositions, launch materials, and training concepts to effectively position and commercialise imaging-based solutions for structural heart therapy – with a focus on mitral valve interventions.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a degree in natural sciences, engineering, medical technology, or human medicine – or a comparable qualification.
- You have solid experience in product management or clinical marketing in the field of image-guided structural heart interventions, ideally with a focus on atrioventricular valves.
- You bring extensive experience from the clinical environment and have been directly involved in interventions in the field of structural heart diseases.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of imaging procedures such as CT, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy as well as artificial intelligence and its application in structural heart interventions.
- You are able to translate complex clinical contexts into strategic product concepts and further develop them in interdisciplinary teams.
- You convince with strong communication and coordination skills as well as experience working with international and cross-functional teams.
- You have solid business understanding and strong competencies in product and marketing management, market analysis, healthcare, and understanding the economic requirements of relevant customer segments.

- You enjoy presenting, appear confident, and communicate fluently in English; you also have good German skills.
- You impress with your excellent analytical thinking and sense for market movements and trends.
