Production or Polymechanic Milling Heidenhain 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Setting up and operating modern CNC milling machines with various workpieces and materials

• Programming directly at the machine on Heidenhain controls as well as optimising existing programmes

• Performing general workshop tasks such as sawing, deburring, drilling and thread cutting for pre- and post-processing of workpieces

• Quality control of manufactured parts and ensuring compliance with tolerances

• Versatile activities with a clear focus on CNC milling technology in a varied production environment

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic or production mechanic with a federal certificate of competence or with experience

• Several years of solid professional experience in mechanical manufacturing, especially in CNC milling

• Strong team skills and willingness to collaborate constructively with colleagues and supervisors

• Precise and conscientious working style with a high quality awareness

• Independent and responsible working style in the execution of orders

• Reliability and accuracy in handling technical drawings and workpieces

• Ideally experience with Heidenhain controls or willingness to familiarise oneself with this technology

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks
