Logistics Clerk (m/f/d) 100%

As a logistics clerk, you are responsible for coordinating, monitoring and controlling the movement of goods within the company. You ensure that material flows and bookings are processed correctly, on time and in accordance with operational requirements. In doing so, you work closely with the warehouse, quality assurance, production and purchasing departments.
  • Planning and control of goods movements in the SAP system
  • Checking, processing and releasing goods movements as well as goods receipt bookings
  • Ensuring high data quality and inventory accuracy in the SAP system
  • Monitoring and control of material stocks
  • Processing of goods receipts, transfers and goods issues
  • Conducting inventory checks and resolving inventory and booking discrepancies
  • Unpacking incoming goods to prepare for quality control
  • Operating industrial trucks, especially forklifts up to 5 tonnes
  • Supporting the optimisation of logistics and material flow processes
  • Close cooperation with internal interfaces and external service providers
  • Creation and evaluation of logistics key figures and reports
  • Coordination of internal shuttle transports


    • Induction and workplace:
  • The first three months of your induction will take place at the Zurich-Altstetten site. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of our processes, systems and internal interfaces.
  • From 01.01.2027, your permanent workplace will be at the Böttstein (Kleindöttingen) site.



    • We expect:
  • Completed training in logistics, warehousing or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics or material planning
  • Residence in the canton of Aargau and flexibility between the Zurich-Altstetten and Kleindöttingen sites
  • Good SAP knowledge, ideally in the MM and/or WM/EWM modules
  • Valid forklift licence and experience operating forklifts up to 5 tonnes
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Team spirit as well as strong communication and organisational skills
