Billing Assistant (4-month fixed-term contract)

As part of a limited duration replacement, the Finance and Accounting department is looking for a Billing Assistant (80-100%) for a 4-month fixed-term contract.
Your tasks:
- Prepare invoices and fee notes on behalf of several partners
- Manage timesheets for mandates
- Participate in debtor follow-up in close collaboration with colleagues
- Monitor invoices on e-billing platforms
- Account for invoice payments
- Handle ad hoc requests and special cases related to billing
Your profile:
- Training with a commercial employee CFC, MPC or equivalent qualification
- Successful initial professional experience in accounting and/or administration
- Meticulous, precise person with a strong sense of discretion
- Excellent level of French, both written and spoken, and good knowledge of English (B2 level)
- Enjoys working in a team and has good adaptability
