Department Manager Flowers/Kiosk

Mission

You take full responsibility for the department and team management
You are in charge of orders as well as waste management
You create quality bouquets and arrangements
You ensure an attractive presentation of goods and actively contribute to sales optimisation
You strictly adhere to our guidelines (freshness and quality, seasonality, etc.)
You welcome and inform our customers professionally

You hold a florist federal certificate of competence (CFC) and/or have proven experience in the field
You have a commercial sense and take a particular interest in new trends as well as customer expectations
Passionate about your profession, you are creative and have an eye for detail
You are comfortable with IT tools and attentive to technological innovations
Ideally, you have previous experience in team management
Friendly and smiling, you have easy contact with customers, enabling you to provide quality service
